Development on the Lands shall be restricted to single detached Dwelling Units and permitted Accessory Buildings

New construction and new RTM homes are permitted

Mobile Homes and other old structures are not permitted

No more than one Dwelling Unit shall be placed on any one lot

No Dwelling Unit shall be erected having a foot print of less than 850 square feet

No lot shall be subdivided

No rubbish, trash, garbage, or other waste material shall be kept or permitted upon any lot except in sanitary containers located in appropriate areas, screened and concealed from view

This shall include no unsightly storage of lumber, grass, shrub or tree clippings or plant waste, metal, bulk material or scrap, inoperable vehicles, or debris
